Designing a Product for One of Tech’s Toughest Audiences
STREAM, WPP’s annual (un)conference, recognized by WIRED as one of the world’s leading tech and marketing events, faced a challenge: it lacked a cohesive digital platform to guide attendees through their journey.
As the product designer, I took the reins in crafting STREAM’s web and mobile experience, aiming to boost engagement before, during, and after the conference.
My mission was to shape the product experience, from defining the information architecture to designing adaptable UI patterns and creating a streamlined design system for future events. Collaborating closely with engineers, I structured the CMS, allowing our team to effortlessly manage schedules, speakers, and live updates throughout the event.
Being part of the founding team for this platform was exhilarating; we witnessed C-level executives actively engaging with it during the conference, confirming its potential as the backbone for future STREAM gatherings.
Now, I’m excited to continue evolving the platform for the 2026 edition, enhancing its features and fine-tuning the experience for returning attendees.
