Dr Lewinns, 2026 - Now

Transforming Dr Lewinns to a conversion powerhouse

Dr Lewinns is a prominent Australian skincare brand, but its e-commerce platform no longer matched its growing digital presence. It had become hard to navigate, visually outdated, and ineffective for product discovery and conversion.

 

To address this, we collaborated with VML Australia to revitalize their online shopping experience.

 

I led the redesign of the information architecture, revamped the sitemap, and crafted engaging user journeys to help customers navigate key product categories seamlessly.

 

This transformation is ongoing, with many product pages and editorial content are still being updated. The initial phase focused on creating a solid foundation — establishing a scalable structure, clearer navigation, and reusable design patterns for future development.
